Here’s an overview of our process:

Collect Insurance Card and Other Documentation
Your dedicated intake coordinator will get to know you and walk you through the process of compiling any paperwork that your insurance plan will require. We will need a diagnostic report, referral from a doctor, and your insurance information.

Review Benefits and Funding Requirements

Intake Meeting

Request Authorization from Insurance
We will contact your insurance plan to request an authorization for services.

Behavior Assessment and Treatment Plan
We will introduce you to your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who will be working with you and your child going forward. Your BCBA will conduct a behavior assessment and write a treatment plan based on the services we offer. We will review the assessment and treatment plan with you to ensure your satisfaction. Then, we’ll submit the treatment plan to your insurance plan for approval.
